 VIDEO: CRISIS IN AMERICA  (15 Min)


I created this video for publication on 7/4/2023 with my intention to encourage young people and future generations to "FIX AMERICA" as in my opinion is broken. (see below)

The changes I propose will require amendments to the US CONSTITUTION.

There is one change that I believe is absolutely required and I failed to think of it when I created the video. I feel that I am in good company as our
founding fathers - all good men - would never believe it could happen that someone of a felonious record would ever occupy such high offices -  so here goes:  
(NOTE: I am not an attorney nor have I ever held a public elected office such as council person, senator, representative, etc)

The _____ Amendment to the US CONSTITUTION

No person having been convicted of any FELONY in any court of competent jurisdiction including but not limited to those in the numbered list below shall be entitled to run for election to, or occupy,  any high office of the United States of America including but not limited to the following:

A. President of the UNITED STATES;
B. VICE-PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES; OR ACTING VICE PRESIDENT (WHETHER CONFIRMED BY THE SENATE OR APPOINTED DURING A RECESS OF CONGRESS WHILE NOT IN SESSION OR OTHERWISE APPOINTED) INCLUDING ASCENSION TO THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT DUE TO THE DEATH, INCAPACITY, OR ANY OTHER REMOVAL OF THE PRESIDENT;
C. ANY CABINET SECRETARY OR ACTING CABINET SECRETARY (WHETHER CONFIRMED BY THE SENATE OR APPOINTED DURING A RECESS OF CONGRESS WHILE NOT IN SESSION OR OTHERWISE APPOINTED);

D. ANY FEDERAL JUDGE  , INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRIAL COURT JUDGES AND APPELLATE COURT JUSTICES (WHETHER CONFIRMED BY THE SENATE OR APPOINTED DURING A RECESS OF CONGRESS WHILE NOT IN SESSION) OR OTHERWISE APPOINTED;

E. ANY FEDERAL PROSECUTOR, US ATTORNEY, OR ASSISTANT US ATTORNEY (WHETHER CONFIRMED BY THE SENATE OR APPOINTED DURING A RECESS OF CONGRESS WHILE NOT IN SESSION OR OTHERWISE APPOINTED);

F. THE US ATTORNEY GENERAL OR ACTING ATTORNEY GENERAL (WHETHER CONFIRMED BY THE SENATE OR APPOINTED DURING A RECESS OF CONGRESS WHILE NOT IN SESSION OR OTHERWISE APPOINTED);

G. SUPREME COURT JUSTICES (WHETHER CONFIRMED BY THE SENATE OR APPOINTED DURING A RECESS OF CONGRESS WHILE NOT IN SESSION OR OTHERWISE APPOINTED);

H.  ANY WHITE HOUSE COUNSEL,  ACTING WHITE HOUSE COUNSEL OR DEPUTY WHITE HOUSE COUNSEL, OR ACTING DEPUTY WHITE HOUSE COUNSEL (WHETHER CONFIRMED BY THE SENATE OR APPOINTED DURING A RECESS OF CONGRESS WHILE NOT IN SESSION OR OTHERWISE APPOINTED).

I. US SENATOR

J. US REPRESENTATIVE

K. ANY US AMBASSADOR OR ACTING AMBASSADOR

L. ANY GENERAL OR ADMIRAL OF ANY BRANCH OF THE UNITED STATES ARMED SERVICES

The courts of competent jurisdiction would include:
1. US Federal courts;
2. State or commonwealth courts;
3. County courts;
4. Territorial court of any US possessions (such as American Samoa,  Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI), GUAM, OR PUERTO RICO)
5. Any TRIBAL COURT of any recognized Native American Nation situated within the United States or one of the U.S. Territories listed above in item number 4.

 

  1. Equal rights amendment [so WOMEN fineally shall rightly be considered equal to men]
     
  2. Balanced Budget Amendment {we have to live within our means and live accordingly to our personal budget - no reason the government should not}
     
  3. Revising the impeachment proceedings {remove impeachment from Congress and place it into a 4th branch of government, the INTEGRITY BRANCH
    which would be staffed with randomly selected "normal people" of which one side of the INTEGRITY BRANCH   would  have the same duties
    as grand jurors who would decide if there exists probable cause for an impeachment and another side which would try the cases. Most states have Grand Juries consisting of 20-30 members who determine if the probable cause exists to require a case to go to trial. I believe that if within our country a jury of 12 people can sentence someone to DEATH a jury of 12 people can certainly make a decision about someone's job - especially if all political pressure is removed. 
     
  4. Stricter regulations of the medical / pharmaceutical industries - there will be a long audio file describing my wife's horrible experience where her
     PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN (16 yeas as her MD doctor)  failed to check his records before prescribing an amount of OZEMPIC (2mg)
    when a first time user should be injecting 0.25mg   then titrating up from there. The pharmacy CVS CORPORATE where she had acquired all
    of her medications for some 16 years failed on their duty to sufficiently check their records like they are supposed to do for every drug they furnish
    to patients to check for any potential conflicts of medications as well as ensuring that the MD's directions are compatible with a realistic first time
    dosage. In this case CVS programmed the syringes for a 2.0 first time dosage rather than consulting the doctor and records which would have
    shown she had never taken this drug before. The end result was a lot of vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, inability to eat and consume enough
    liquids to avoid dehydration. She missed a week of work and made 3 trips to the EMERGENCY ROOM (where she was hydrated with multiple
    IV bags of fluids. People nationwide should be told that a first time dosage of OZEMPIC should not be more than 0,25 milligrams 
      and   it is my intention to tell people far and wide through every news source that I can contact to be careful not to be POISONED with this
    product of Novo Nordisk LLC and save themselves a lot of grief. I intend to acquire interviews from medical providers and possibly from
    CVS, Novo Nordisk LLC, and of course my wife and create a podcast to inform rhe public and to provide to many media sources,
    sometime in the near future, but the holidays may get in the way and it may not be possible to make the podcast before New Years Day so keep
    checking back for several podcasts we're in the process of creating.

  7. Package of laws such as those passed in Minnesota guaranteeing better compensation for UBER / LYFT driver
    the way things are now UBER / LYFT drivers when taking into account time, gas, tires, oil changes
    the compensation is near or below minimum wage.
     

  8. Since Emergency Rooms are required to always treat people appearing at their facility before requiring any information relating to insurance or payment this concept should be extended to EMERGENCY DENTISTS. People with broken teeth or infections are as distressed as people with broken bones or other emergency problems. The fact that most if not all Emergency Rooms are not equipped with Emergency Dental facilities or equipment should not eliminate the ability of suffering patients with dental issues to be taken care of.   (The PETER addition to the list!)
